Product certifications are issued per model, not per company. We do not rely on a single company-level certificate.
CE (LVD + EMC + ErP) RoHS RCM MEPS / GEMS ISO 9001
On request, for the exact model you intend to buy, we provide:
- Model-level Declaration of Conformity (EU) with an EU representative and EPREL QR energy label;
- Laboratory test reports from TÜV / SGS / Intertek;
- The GEMS / MEPS registration number for Australia (registration binds the model, not the factory);
- RCM evidence and 240V / 50Hz, T4 (38°C) tropical-class configuration for the Australian market.
Our facility
- Founded: 2025 — a focused, lean manufacturer. We state our age plainly rather than imply a long track record.
- Production: Qingdao (Shandong) and Chengdu, China. OEM / ODM / private-label supported.
- Model: factory-direct and agile — samples and tooling turned around in days, not weeks.
We are Superb Cool Refrigeration (Qingdao & Chengdu). We are independent of any other company that uses a similar name — for example, a Shanghai-based entity — and each is a separate legal person. Verify the entity on any document we send.
How to verify with us
1 · Request model-specific documents
Ask for the DoC, lab reports and GEMS / MEPS number for your exact model. We return them with the quote.
2 · Start with a sample order
Verify build quality, compliance markings and delivery before committing to volume. A sample is the fastest way to confirm we build as described.
3 · Secure trade terms
We support structures that protect a new partner on a first order — including Letter of Credit and deposit arrangements sized to the order. Tell us what gives your team confidence.
4 · Trade references
We can put you in touch with existing buyers in your region on request. We reply within one business day.
What we do not claim
- We are new (founded 2025). We say so openly instead of implying a decades-long history.
- We do not publish unverifiable market-share claims. Ask us for references and documents, and we will show our work.
